What the editor won't do

The editor can change almost anything you see on your site. A few settings are ours to look after, and a few things a site like yours doesn't do.

Settings that keep your site running

How your forms are delivered, redirects from old addresses, and how your site is hosted are ours to change. If you ask for one of these, the editor explains and offers to send us the request.

What your site doesn't do

Your site is fast and cheap to host because every page is made ahead of time. That means it doesn't run shopping carts, member logins, or comments itself. For those, we link to a service made for the job, such as an online shop or a booking page.

Reporting a problem or asking for something new

Tell the editor:

“I want to report a problem.”

It writes up what happened, shows you what it will send, and emails us once you agree. We reply to the email address you sign in with. You can also contact us directly.
